The clinic at 210 W US Hwy 80 now serves the close-knit community of White Oak, the US Highway 80 corridor and across western Gregg County.

Integrity Urgent Care in White Oak increases access to urgent care, enhanced virtual health visits, streamlined post-acute care, laboratory services and dedicated practitioner support for everyday and seasonal needs.
