As of September 16, 2026, the Company’s internal AI services and resilience opportunity pipeline included 38 opportunities representing approximately $11.5 million in potential annual contract value. Based on management’s internal probability assessments, the pipeline represented approximately $4.7 million in probability-weighted potential annual value.

The pipeline includes opportunities at varying stages of development, including early-stage leads, active capture opportunities, customer-review or waiting-for-answer opportunities, and closed engagements. Of the 38 opportunities, the Company’s internal summary identified 11 in lead stage, 12 in active capture stage, seven awaiting customer response or next-step activity, and eight classified as closed.
